IVE BEEN ON THE LINE WITH TELKOM PEOPLE FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND THEY TELL ME TO HOLD ON AND THEN I HEAR SILENCE AND EVENTUALLY AFTER 40MINUTES THEY DROP MY CALL I CALL BACK ONLY TO HAVE SAME THING HAPPEN.
I SPOKE TO THE LADY ABOVE WHO WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST ME EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER WHAT TELKOMS DOING IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST THE CPA BUT SHE IGNORED ME AND CONTINUED TO CANCEL MY LINE.
I TOLD HER ON MANY OCCASIONS I AM NOT TAKING MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER PROVIDER I WILL REMAIN WITH TELKOM BUT SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND IVE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION AND WILL TAKE IT TO ICASA AND THE NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION
