I reported a few weeks ago about a loss of data signal in November.
Well I was contacted withing 48 hours by Cell C, but am still in the same position.
I received a call today to advise me that my query was cleared and they have now re-opened the query, with no explanation
When i queried whats happening I was advised they need to do a tower upgrade. I was told this three months ago.. Yet since then I have had a call to say it has been done, but when i queried this they said it hasnt!!!
They then said there is no estimate for when the work will be done and i will just have to wait!!!
Seriously!!!
