I logged a call on the 27th of august 2013 regarding my out of bundle data rate. It was explained to me over the phone when i took my cellc iphone contract that out of bundle data rate is 15c per meg. The contract comes with 200 megs of data plus extra 300 meg iphone data bundle. I have been charged R1 per meg out of bundle ever since. I called today to follow up since cell c hasnt gotten back to me in over 3 months just to hear the case has been closed and is sitting in some other department (till infinity i suppose.)
I feel this is unacceptable! Any body have the number for the cell phone ombudsman?
