I recieved a sms "reminding" me that I was subscribed to a service called cellspice for R7/day! It further stated what to do to opt-out, so I did, but did not think much of it. The next day when I viewed my vodacom bill I was shocked to see that Mira Networks (cellspice) deducted R178.06 from my account! I contacted cellspice (email) giving them the opportunity to rectify this obvious fault! They replied back saying that I had to double opt-in via their system and through vodacom opt-in service as well. Bull&%$t!! There are no signs of confrmation sms's between my phone and them on the date they stated I "joined". I want my money back, as I was wrongly charged for a service i did not use!
