I was billed from 3 October 2013 until the end of October for this subscription service, to which I actually never subscribed to. On 1 November I randomly got an sms that I was subscribed to cellspice to which I immediately replied stop, and received an sms that the subscription was cancelled, and did not think anything of this as this was the first sms ever received. I called cellspice yesterday and was advised that I got subscribed to this site by surfing for porn and that I should have received an sms when I was subscribed. To this i replied to the lady that i have never in my life surfed for porn on my phone and that secondly an sms was never received. I was also advised that once you are subscribed the subscription is taken over by Vodacom and that I need to sort this out with them. I would please like some answers on how you get subscribed to something which you did not even know existed, and I would also like someone to explain to me how I will be refunded for this R200-00 charged for the month of October.
