Money taken out bank distroyed itc profile

I applied for a contract from a game store but cancelled before receiving the phone or signing for it
This was done the same day. Game sent everything through to Cell C but I was still billed the R114. When
Queried this many times as to when I will get my R114 back I was told it is authorized and will be paid back to me. Nearly 3 weeks went past but still nothing was done but when I then called I was told that I will be billed with R6200 rand for cancellation fees. I went to Game and they explained to Cell C that I never had taken the In
And it was a dealer cancellation. Ref no where exchanged and I was assured by Cell C the account department made a mistake and the money will not be billed to me.
This was 2 weeks ago and cues what today they took R6200 out of my bank account. Put me into a - and caused my debit orders to bounce. I then went to Wood mead Cell C. After 2 hours still no solution because all they do is call the call centre and explain the same story over and over. I then myself called Game and got a number of someone of higher authority. Robin Styn he called me back and explained that the query was escalated. Cell C has done and messed up my credit profile.
