We take even more TWICE!!

Ok So they came back and even gave me some credits.

Then the month of Jan bill comes... surprise surprise!!!

Charged for Data again. What is funny is how my itemized billing shows on Dec billing data for dates up until 29/12/12. But on my Jan billing it shows data usage for from 13/12/12. So how can two different invoices show dates overlapping? 12/12/12 - 29/12/12 are shown in both invoices with different usages charges??? Very confusing!

And again I am charged for data when the bundle was not activated as I instructed in October... I still pay for their mistakes!!

All I want to know is how can I cancel this contract? How can I stop being overcharged and paying for their mistakes??? How can I prevent myself from being blatantly robbed of my money! How do I stop it?
