I noticed that Mobimoola were deducting money from my bank account and when I went into my bank to query this they told me it was Mobimoola and I didnt understand?? So I called them and they told me the account has been running since Jun???
1) I NEVER TOOK OUT ANY LOAN WITH THEM
2) I NEVER AUTHORISED THEM TO DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT
I was asked to e mail them with all my details which I have done and I have also logged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator as they are a registered Credit Provider NCR 4832, I know many of my friends heve experienced this issue with them and now looking on here it looks like this happens a lot and I am sorry but the responses are very vague as when the client phoned your call centre they will just go around in circles, so I would like
1) a propmpt response to my query
2) All my deducted money refunded to my bank account with immediate effect as I am sure what you are doing is illegal and I am sure the NCR wouls have something to say about this
