I phoned the call centre and cancelled the contract as I never use the phone. I was told that It would take 2 months for the contract to be cancelled as they work in arrears so I left it as that even though I never use the phone. So 2 months later would mean that end of November should be the last debit order. I am still being debited even though November has passed. I then phoned the call centre to be told they have no calls from me relating to my cancellation. I am amazed how conveniently my phone calls no longer exist and that I never cancelled the contract. Then I get transferred to the cancellation department and the phone just rings until it goes dead. This is pathetic now you must explain who you spoke to etc when u did call and cancel but wait did you speak to the cancellation department?
