I have very bad speeds on my ADSL line every night and I finally found out from my ISP that it is due to congestion at the Parkview (JHB) exchange, which the Telkom technician confirmed to me too.
Problem is that no-one is able to say if or when anything will be done about it.
So until this changes we will have to keep paying for a 4MB line and only getting 1MB speeds for 50% of the day.
Please Telkom, sort out the Parkview exchange.
