UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

Someone from Elite Mobile phoned me during last week, wanting to sell some products to me. I said no, I am not interested, and then they asked, why not? I do not have to give a reason. Anyway they said they just want to confirm my ID number and read it to me, don't know where they got it, I did not confirm the ID number. Yesterday I realised that 5 debit orders went through on my bank account from Elite Mobile. This was not authorised by me! I went to the bank, they reversed it, but the bank cost was not refunded. I feel that Elite Mobile is responsible for the bank costs, as I did not request their products neither authorise any payments. How is it possible to debit my bank account?
