I recently upgraded my contract with Elite mobile and my new contract is supposed to start on the 1st of January. They told me over the phone that I get a month free for some kind of music download site. Now the music download site "SOMU EM" has put a debit order on my account for R49!! My contract has not even started yet and the first month is supposed to be free? I NEVER agreed to any debit order! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! When I phone Elite mobile, it says that they are closed for training! I want my money back NOW and this debit order to be stopped immediately.
