As per my previous complaint on Hello Peter in December, it is now almost 6 months later and my account is still not sorted. My poor branch in Bloemfontein has tried their very best and not even they can get their HEAD office to lift their buts and sort a problem. MTN you officially owe me more than R8000 and I am still not getting my 5g 4g data package, you are overcharging me with R2000 a month. Surely if you are not keeping to your side of the contract, I can cancel it and you will pay me my money back. I think it's laywer time! I have now wasted enough of my time writing e-mails, driving to your branches etc.
