On the 25th March I took out a 2gig data nontract which I found whe I got home and tried it it did not connect to the internet. I ph customer service and at first they could not get it working but on a second call it was then connected but still could not open any web pages. I infomed the manager of the shop the next day whom said that I should contact customer service again and on doing so they forwarded a query to another dept which were supposed to get back to me within 36 hours which they failed to do and on calling him again being concerned that we moving over 7days now he assured me that all calls are on the system so I should not worry. They then did not come back to me and I took the modem to the shop whom send for software upgrade I then had to ph them to find out if it came back after a month which it did and after trying it again it still did not work. It was now again send for repairs. I was told by the shop and customer service to the e-mail adress for complaints as there was no one I could speak to in order to complain as I am now entering the 3rd month of paying for nothing. I e-mailed them yet no one is getting back to me
