To train a monkey..!

Service from the customer care dept at MTN is disgustingly shocking! How is it possible that not one, but three "consultants" are not aware of the ADH warranty or repair centres to claim a handset on that warranty for a SAMSUNG handset???!!! Get this, I had to go to VODAFONE with my MTN handset for assistance in order to get a new handset, after extensive water damage to my phone.

Walked into the MTN store in Centurion Mall and were told to deliver the damaged phone to CRESTA - this monkey could not tell me of ANY repair centres in Petoria or offered to send this damaged handset off to whichever place is supposed to repair phones for MTN. Ridiculous!

Then I phoned one day later to inquire about an adapter device for a micro sim to be able to use it in an old handset while I wait for repairs that are now being done by a very helpful VODAFONE store, take note. And once again I am being told by a different monkey at customer care that I would have to go to a police station, file a report and take the affidavit to a store in order for them to supply me with a new sim card and there is no such thing as an adapter to use a micro sim in a slot for the normal sized sims. Whatever.
