I sent an email to Mtn Customer Service on the 3rd of Jan regarding the new phone that I had taken. It was dropping calls continuously.
After two weeks and no response, I called customer service only to be transferred to the coverage department who told me that my request was not forwarded to them.
Furious, I had to resent my request to the coverage department and still have not received any feedback.
Furthermore, I was advised to book the phone in for an out of box failure. It has now been one week and when I call the contact centre to follow-up, they tell me that they cannot help me.
Its like hitting a brick wall at every turn.
I am absolutely disgusted and disillustioned in the fact that a formidable service provider such as Mtn can have such lack of communication with their clients.
