The call centre people are badley trained, Iam constantly transferred from one person to another and when the call centre cant help they just say the line is bad and they cant hear you.

Changing from Red Bull Contrat to Cell C Contract has been a complete nightmare and has taken more than two weeks and still they have not managed to transfer my number.
