Thank you so much for your response. I really appreciate it. I really hope this matter is under investigation. Because i have also tried phoning MTN (808) so that they can put me through to your legal department, I have been trying since Monday (13th Jan 2014) but NO ONE EVER picks up my call for them to even put through to your legal department. And right now, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the service, your staff, and MTN. Because I did what your staff told me to do, and I fulfilled my promise but now I have been forwarded to your legal department. Which is extremely unfair. I am only 21 years old currently a student as well, I really do not want to be put on the credit bureau for bad credit. I understand i have been behind on payment. But i did make an arrangement with your staff member about payment and I did fulfill my promise, and still intend on settling the outstanding amount on the 25th Jan 2014. So please I would ask you to revoke my account from the legal department, and email me confirmation (Email address is on your system) and I will settle the unpaid balance on the 25th Jan as promised.
