Hi, I apply to get a new contract from MTN in Allandale walk in center. I gave all the documents in. I got a call from the consultant letting me know that MTN credit department has decline contact because my account is sitting with legal department. As far I remember I settle the debt with legal department a couple of years back. I am disappointed that MTN has never updated their system.
I would like them to update the system so that I can have the contact. The lady (Christinah) from the Walk in centre is very help full. This complaint is about MTN legal department that they don't update the system.
