I am being billed for an ADSL service that is almost non existent. I reported the initial fault in August last year, and this has still not been resolved. I am only able to use the service for between 5 and 15 minutes, whereafter the line completely drops, and either becomes non-existent or is so slow that it times -out all the time. During all these months I have still been billed for a 4mb service, without the service being available. Sometimes, when available, the speed is less than 400kb. This is really really pathetic.
