4Mb ADSL - Pathetic

Previously I had a 4mb Capped Line installed. That was Magnificent! Regularly achieving 350 to 400kb/s
Then I had to break services for a while. When I again requested for ADSL Services I went for the Uncapped 2Mb Line. I've reported it a few times, the call was closed without even contacting me. I've replied on various occasions for assistance. Getting DL speed of 0.6Mb/s if I'm lucky. Now I've upgraded to 4Mb Uncapped. Thought it will be better. Not at all. Downloading a video from YOUtube I mannged at times on my first 4mb line up to 400kb/s, now 4 or 6kb/s and it regularly fails to complete. I've tried a D-Link and a Netgear ADSL modems. Still with slow speeds and regularly disconnecting.
And to put the cherry ontop, some of the supportive humans from Telkom get agitated when confronted and peppered with technical questions. The Phone get dropped in your ear, but no solution towards the customer. You recieve my payment monthly, but I get fooled by Telkom bullish attitude. Does it seems fair, No way. But I'm not the only one complaining about this. Everybody gets the same answer everytime. Stop reseting my ports, it is not the solution, It is with you guys! not with us!
