Pathetic ADSL speed. No response to Fault report

My ADSL speed is from the dark ages.
Ookla does not have a slow enough measurement for my line.
Booked a fault on the internet and got no response.
Will have to cancel my service as it is non-existent anyway and they still have the gall to take my money every month.
