I have tried on numerous occasions to get someone from Vodacom to help me with a device that has been to their service centres twice already and still faulty. They promise to help and then ignore all correspondence thereafter. I even went as far as complaining here on hellopeter. Vodacom responded and then ignored me again. All I want is someone who actually wants to deliver some customer service so that I can become a happy customer again. All they are managing to do is chase me away by showing a blatant disregard for their existing customers.
