I have a call limit on my data line with Nashua mobile and just got a bill of 18000% above the limit. Nashua is now basically saying the call limits are not a 100% accurate and guaranteed product and can go over which has happened several times before but nothing over 100% previously and I was happy to pay. 18000% however above the call limit is simply and the system clearly did not work and in my view they should also take some responsibility and reverse the bill which they are refusing and simply saying the bill is legit. I dont have any issues with the consultants that helped me but with the company that insists on loyal unsuspecting clients.
