I hope you have a good day because as a result of your arrogance towards customer service I am having a very bad day.
My current handset is giving my problems & I am tired of waiting for an upgrade that never realises.
It has been more than 2 weeks of trying to getting any feedback from you after listening to 2 months of from your employees.
Please get back to me about my upgrade. This is the 3rd message with absolutely no response.
