I recently noticed a hike in my billing for my internet account which is through Altech Autopage on the MTN network. When I checked my bills I saw there was a billing named "cloudyalerts4" that gets billed everyday. I had no idea what this was as I only use this account for internet. I then started googling it and found all the complaints on hellopeter. It seems that the service is activated via your cellphone. This is fishy in the first place because this sim card never EVER leaves my internet dongle. Nor do I receive messages on it. How is it then possible that the service could have been activated? I barely use the internet because of bad reception in my area. I only noticed it now and the billing has been going on for 3 months now. Thus R809.82 has already been deducted from my account.

I would like the service to be cancelled immediately and all moneys to date to be reimbursed. Please do not send me the same message as you do with everybody. I did not activate this service because this is an internet account and cannot receive nor reply to any messages like with a cellphone.
