Once again - well, several times a year, I have to phone in to Cell C to complain about the speed stick, which they advertise to perform at 7.2Mbps, which is running at ridiculoulsy slow speeds. Tonight a gain, at less than 3% of the advertised speed.
This happened a few weeks ago as well.
And before that a few weeks bofore that.
Then you have to listen to their STUPID song until somebody can help you - and of course, they ALWAYS have high call volumes. (Hint: Either get your act together, or hire more call centre operators.)
Anyway - Can you either fix your stupid problem, or refund me for A) Lost time due to your incompetent network, and B) the balance of unused data?
