I* was informed that my account would be back to normal and it appeared to be so.
That was until the 30th of January when my account was once again cancelled.
I am now being billed R1200 for services I don't even receive!! I REFUSE to pay this and if this matter has not been resolved within the week I am going to take it to the National Consumer Commission.
They have opened 2 accounts in my name, both with the incorrect address details, what is going on???
