Shocking service from autopage

In November last year we signed up 2 new contracts with Autopage but its now 2 months later and we are still on pay as you go for one of the numbers we have tried to sort this out so many times only to be told the person dealing with this is not available this is ridiculous and on top of that they have charged us for the new contract already
