No Signal but I still have to pay

I am very disgusted in the service from CellC. I have always struggeld with the signal but the past month it has been very bad. I am a sales rep and I depend on my phone and tablet to generate an income for myself. My clients cannot get hold of me even though my phone is on. My tablet only connects to the internet during the day. After 5 I cannot get it to connect. I live in Crystal park in Benoni and according the Cell C website we do have full coverage in the area. I have logged a call with the customer service Ref #3051403108 on the 14th of May, but nobody has responded?? When I spoke to the call centre agent the lady said that the reason for the bad signal could be because I am using a BlackBerry. My husband's company only uses blackberries and they have over 700 of them on Vodacom with no problems. I still have 11 months to go on my phone contract and 20 months on the tablet. I dont know what to do, but I will go an see my lawyer to see if I can get out of this contracts due to CellC not keeping their side of the contract. I dont see why the consumer must suffer and they are just laughing at us while they are collecting the debit orders without fail.
