I had taken out a 24 month contract in February 2010 which was supposed to have ended in March this year, till date my account is still being debited. I have not asked to have my contract renewed, nor did I speak to anyone from Cell C regarding the matter, therefore Debit Orders were supposed to have been stopped. I have written to Cell C on their site and was informed that someone would get back to me within 24 hours and i have literally waited 2 months with no response. This is very unethical, unprofessional and it is a Breach of Contract and i demand immediate assistance with this. I demand a full refund of unauthorised debits that were going off my account since March. Have Cell c Not heard of the NCA and CPA??? I am utterly disgusted!!! So much for customer service. Let me not even get into the signal and Network failures that we often encounter... I look forward to a response and for this to be rectified ASAP.
