Frustrating trying to get hold of someone in the Telkom Call Centre (10210) to answer any of the options.
I wanted to downgrade my current Telkom package and for days now, no one answers my calls.
I hang on and eventually the call is cut. I redial and wait, but no reply.
Went online to enter a please call me and a complaint, yet not response from Telkom.
Telkom want business and are quick to offer you services and take your payments with lightening speed, but when it comes to follow up service, there is NONE. Please could someone in charge of the Call Centre, get they staff to answer call instead of chatting/playing games in office hours.
