I cannot express just how furious I am with Vodacom! Why is no one following up with Elite Mobile?
I've made probably 10 calls to both call centres and not one person has called me to advice whether my complaint of a week ago has been dealt with. This is actually becoming rediculous! I'm stuck with a used laptop that I can do absolutely nothing with and yesterday the debit order ran from my account.
Is this really the level of service I should expect from such a reputable company?
Please send someone to collect this useless thing as I cannot drive around with a laptop everyday.
Your service is pathetic and please cancel this contract!
