Billed for goods I don't have!!

Exactly a month ago 10 December 2013 I was sold a laptop contract by an agent from Elite mobile. I receved my rooter and sim on the 23rd December and to date have not received the laptop.
I know over the festive season most companies close for the few weeks and was not too worried when by the end of December I still did not receive the laptop.
Monday 6 January 2014 I receive a call from a sales agent trying to sell me some VAS and I told her I'm not interested. A day later I get another call from Yasmeen selling the exact same thing and 5 mins into the call I tell her "I AM NOT INTERESTED" she continues trying to sell me this service. I probably told her 10times I'm not interested yet she continues. Eventually I raise my voice and tell her, thank you but I'm not taking this product 8mins later. She then shouts and drops the call.
Yesterday I get invoiced by vodacom for a laptop that I don't possess!! In the 12years that I've been with vodacom I have not received such putrid service! How do you expect me to pay a full month for something I don't have? And still have the audacity to be rude to me when I've been with u for so long? Vodacom needs to rethink their relationship with Elite
