Can soneone at your stupid call centre please sort out this mess you've created!!! Please collect this useless laptop I've been waiting so long for. I cannot use a freaken thing that has someone else's password on!! Cancel this contract and remove me from your database!! You clearly have no customer service background whatsoever!! You are incompetent and the worse company I've ever dealt with.
