We arranged for a shipment to be collected from Rustenburg to be delivered to Tzaneen. Pick-up was for Friday 18 February 2013 for delivery on Monday 18 February 2013. We gave specific instructions what was required for the collection (either a truck with fork-lift or 4 people), Weights and dimensions of our shipment was also supplied. Came Friday, truck arrives at pick-up point - none of the above requirements adhered to. We tried to liaise with the Driver to try alternate suggestions - nothing happened, the driver just left the pick-up point. We are still waiting (after our numerous calls to Brent and both Joburg and Tzaneen branches) for someone to call us back!!! Today is Monday, and still no phone call or even an email apologizing - we specifically chose Budget Couriers as this route is which they specialize in.
