Cell C
Cannot connect to the internet

I have been talking to a lot of people to help and sort out this problem, I cannot connect to the internet it have been weeks and every time i phone they tell me i have to go on the APN setting and change it to internet and then to cell
But still nothing I am more on the phone with cell c then using my product, I am paying for something that I'm not using what the is going on here, I'm on the phone with cell c and I have been holding on for the last 30 min and nothing.
