Day eight of a promised 7 day delivery process

Vodacom had labeeled me as a "high value customer" and due to severe illness was not able to pay my account and due to hospitalisation wasnt able to answer any calls resulting in my number being deleted, as sooo as i came out of hospital i paid the full arrears amount and started the re-activation process at the beginning of the month. i was told that the re-activation would take 3-7 working days. Also along the way each time i contacted the call centre i was asked for additional documents, i dont know why they couldnt just have asked me for all the documents in the beginning. It is now working day 8 and i still havent been re-activated, when i call the call centre they tell me another 5-7 working days
