I went to a Vodacom shop, to enquire about re-activation of 2 numbers. The Assistant gave me the documents to fill in, how to go about the process. I did exactly what was relayed to me, and sent the documents to Vodacom. I was told the process would take 5 - 7 days. I have called 082 1945 everyday this week only to be put on hold for hours at a time, airtime which I pay for. Today Thursday I eventually speak to someone, who tells me the process hasn't been started yet because I failed to send a copy of the ID. I tried to explain that if I had been told to send my ID I would have. Is Vodacom so big that they are this uninterested in my business. Thanks Vodacom!!!
