Now we know why

I took a 24 month contract with them in April 2013, naturally they would charge a month and that current month' fee, which I didnt have a problem with, then in July I moved and when they did the line transfer they still changed me yet another month' fee and I couldnt see much difference as there was a break in service which resulted in credit, 20th of Aug the whole area was without service and 1st Sep we then moved again, same exchange/number but only on the 14th did we get the line moved, these people then once again charged me a month in advance and the current month, now what happens with all the 3 months in advanced instead of one come end of 24 months? if I was credited with those additional months to lessen the 24 months, I would understand, Telkom is useless!
