Blackberry 9360 constantly in for repairs!

Below please find my last email sent to Vodacom Repairs Escalations dept, which was once again ignored!! I hereby refer to e-mail sent to yourselves on 19 December 2013 from John Hopley.

I upgraded my contract on 19 January 2013. Since that date I have had problems with the hand set. I returned it within the 7 day period to receive a new hand set. The new hand set proved to have the same problems i.e. Freezing, shutting off, battery life is pathetic, keys don't function properly, the list is endless.

I have taken my hand set in on numerous occasions (job numbers: 9445760, 9354838, 9268731, 9189510, 8993781) every time I am left without a hand set for a minimum of 2 weeks anywhere to 5/6 weeks. Never mind the hassle of taking it in, numerous phone calls and picking it up. All a time waste.

On every occasion I am given a refurbished hand set that gives the same problems as the one before.

It is quite evident from my experience and people that I know with this model hand set that it is a problem with the hand sets themselves.

My hand set has been in for repairs during this period of almost a year longer than what I have had the use of it.
