I applied for a land line installation as well as an adsl package on the 5th of january 2014. To date and its now the 21 of January I can still not even get an installation date for my land line let alone get through to anyone at the call centre as it rings and rings. I gave up after holding for 40 minutes. i have sent daily queries via their website also with no contact from them, I have messaged their facebook page with no contact as well.
