Excessive data charges

To whom it may concern

I received my statement for December and my data charges was 4 times the normal amount. I used it in the same proportion that I normally do and find this to be way too much. Also, I was out of the country for two weeks in December and did not use my sim card at all. I could never have used so much data during the month of Decemeber, for two weeks only.

I then called the call centre and they say that I need to pay R22 to get a breakdown of my statement. This makes no sense to me.

I expect to be contacted and for this issue to be resolved.
