Usiness line down for 8 days

I have reported my business landline out of order twice in the last 8 days, to no avail. No technician has contacted me to repair the line, despite the call centre agent assuring me that my query had been "elevated".

This morning I tried calling 10210 again, only to be disconnected after 3 minutes. This happened yesterday afternoon as well.

PLEASE TELKOM, SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT!
