On the 25the of March 2013 we reported a dead ADSL line, Today is the 5th of April 2013 and nothing has happened, they haven't sent no one. We call telkom every morning and they would give us a new reference number every time. The line we reported is a business line. I'm way beyond disappointed by Telkom. Tshepo even hung up on me yesterday. Today they gave us a new escalation: Ref:490CRK250313, Ref: 721393, Ref: 507457
