En-route from the Eastern Cape to Johannesburg. We make our first stop at Engen Wimpy in Bloemfontein for us to have breakfast. We were standing in a queue for about 10 minutes. We get to the front to make our order for the full breakfast only to bd told that we are in the wrong queue and that we need to go stand in another queue. There are no signs advising which queue one should be in. We ask to be helped because we are already there. The staff maintains that we need to use another queue. They call a manager who was willing to help, Samuel leaves with my friend and I stay behind to be assisted by the General manager who then told me with attitude that she will not entertain me, I must just go to stand in another queue. I go to my friend only to find out that Samuel was directing her to another queue. We understand that itsna busy time but outlets needs to make provision for the influx of people coming through their town. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of yhe staff and the manager who were not wiling to listen to us and we were just dismissed.
