After my first complaint about bad service and attitude of Big Ben, they came back Tuesday to clean the carpets. Thank you for that. BUT The staff... well just exactly the same attitude as the manager or owner.
They rude, irritated because they had to come back and made uncalled for comments.
NEVER to be used again.
Good for the people who had amazing experiences with them, I don't share you view.
This company needs client service training and that includes the people doing the bookings and handling the queries.
I am working with clients a lot, a friendly word, acknowledgement of the problem and asayting that you will look into it resolves 99% of frustrations.
