Vodacom
Only one word - PATHETIC

I went to this shop on Sunday to buy a 3G modem. On entering the shop there was a trainee at the till who was ringing up another customer's purchase. One customer was seated but no other consultants were in sight. Several other customers were standing around waiting to be served. I looked through the accessories to see if they had the 3G modems there but saw none and proceeded to the till to ask for it.By this time another consultant had appeared and was helping the trainee to ring up the purchase of the customer that was at the till when I first entered. (The trainee dropped the customer's new cell phone in the process) After he had finished with them, I asked him whether they sold replacement 3G modems as mine is not working anymore. He waved in the direction of the other customers standing by the chairs, waiting for the one consultant to assist them, and said I must join the cue. As I was there with my trolley of groceries and found it quite ridiculous to join a cue of people waiting for a consultant to assist them, when all I wanted was to buy an accessory, I decided to leave and go back on Monday after work. Sorry, not enough space for the Monday saga...
