I am due for an upgrade and before I had a chance to contact any Vodacom outlet to cancel my contract, someone hacked into my contract using my RICA number and my mobile number to upgrade and order an iPhone 5S 16 gig to be delivered to their address. Meanwhile my invoice is adjusted and I receive an sms notifying me of this. Bottom line I would be invoiced for an iPhone, which I never ordered nor received. My intention is to cancel the contract as I am in the process of relocating to Europe.
