MTN decides to run a debit order of close to R7k for a phone I usually pay R1.2k for with no statement and no explanation whatsoever, I have not received any statement explaining where an accumulation of this amount came from and when I called MTN I was told about a turn around time of 24 hours. Other service providers bill you first before running a debit order so you know where amounts are coming from. I am angered by mtn's actions and do not agree with what they have done and want MTN to fix this mess immediately and don't waste my time because when they were taking my money with no explanation they did not give me 24 hours so same way they were eager to rob me they should apply the same in fixing the problem!!!
